Distrust and Violence

TIME TO STRATEGY EXECUTION: 119 DAYS

As WICO worked on recovering from last week’s attack, a chorus of distrust grew on social media and bubbled up into press reports that made the organization look weak and unable to perform its main functions. Prominent anti-WICO groups such as the Growth Empirative argued that the attack was a false-flag operation to destroy hidden evidence that the extinction threat is a hoax designed to justify more power for a world government.

Right-wing organizations in twelve nations seized on the Growth Empirative’s narrative and held a global mass protest yesterday that several observers speculated had been planned weeks before the attack. Spokesmen for three of the organizations vehemently denied the charge, claiming that their protests were spontaneous and “the will of the people.”

Violence erupted at a protest in Washington, D.C. and one in Paris, each within two blocks of WICO offices and facing off against dubiously identified counter-protesters with socialist leanings.

A WICO secretary denounced the violence and promised a full response later in this week.

Reality Check

Filling the void of information with innuendo is an expected response.
